This notice describes information collected through the 448 Plumbing website and when you contact us about plumbing services.

Service inquiries

When you submit our form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, property ZIP code and project details you provide. We use these details to respond, discuss estimates and arrange requested service. The form is processed through Formspree. Please do not submit payment-card numbers, passwords or other sensitive documents through the form.

Calls and text messages

Our call and text links open your device’s phone or messaging app. A text is sent only when you send it from that app. Your mobile carrier’s normal charges may apply. We use your message and contact details to respond to your request; requesting an estimate does not enroll you in recurring marketing texts.

Optional Google Analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to measure website visits, pages viewed and clicks on our call, text and email links. It also records an event when the website form reports a successful submission. We do not send form contents, customer phone numbers, email addresses or text-message contents to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration.

Analytics can process information about your browser, device, approximate location and how you reached the site. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Optional Analytics does not load until you allow it. Your preference is stored in your browser. You can change it using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal or Do Not Track setting as a choice not to enable Analytics on page load. Choosing “No thanks” does not block contact options.

Website providers

The website is hosted through GitHub Pages and uses services that deliver website assets. These providers may process technical connection information needed to deliver and secure their services. We use inquiry information to operate our business and work with service providers as needed to handle requests.
